New holiday homes for a historic hotel
We’ve worked with the owners of Budock Vean Hotel for a number of years. So, back in 2012, when they were looking at options to enhance the hotel’s accommodation and create investment opportunities, we were their natural first port of call.
Our maintenance inspections in 2016 and 2017 had highlighted the roof on the Fox Building as nearing the end of its useful life. So as part of their planned maintenance schedule, FX Plus, who manage the university campuses, asked us to specify and manage the roof renewal project in 2018.
