We initially helped them develop a practical and realistic schedule of planned maintenance. Sounds simple enough, but the beach-side location makes logistics tricky (especially putting scaffolding on sand) and any work has to squeeze in outside of their busiest holiday periods, which in St Ives is pretty much year round! But, we’re a fan of making complicated projects work and so far we’ve specified and managed external decorations, finlock gutter repairs and balcony repairs.
