An initial building survey showed that it would be prudent to complete an initial strip out of the property so we could thoroughly examine the structure underneath and accurately assess the extent of repairs and reinstatement works needed. Breaking the project into these two clear stages has helped to significantly reduce uncertainty for our client, so they could go into the rebuild phase confident that there will be no more nasty surprises, and will be back in their home as soon as possible.
