We’ve worked with the owners of Budock Vean Hotel for a number of years. So, back in 2012,
when they were looking at options to enhance the hotel’s accommodation and create investment opportunities, we were their natural first port of call.

The resulting project was for nine luxury detached holiday homes, sympathetically designed to feel an intrinsic part of the secluded hotel grounds.
Planning permission was a sensitive process, with quite fierce opposition from neighbours. The site is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), home to bats and other wildlife, with most trees in the grounds subject to preservation orders, so it took considerable coordination and correspondence with various parties.
After we secured planning permission, we worked up detailed specifications and as contract administrators have managed the first two phases through to completion. The first three properties have been built and sold, with groundworks ready for two more. We look forward to working with Budock Vean on the next phase, to the same excellent standard.
