A catastrophic fire, after an accident during routine maintenance, left this nearly-new detached home almost completely destroyed. Unfortunately the property couldn’t be saved – demolition and rebuilding was the only viable option.

It was a challenging and emotional project with significant time pressures. Not only did our client want their home back, but the insurers were paying for temporary accommodation, which they clearly wished to keep to a minimum. We worked in close collaboration with the insurers and loss adjuster to facilitate a successful insurance claim and managed to complete the build and get our clients home as quickly as possible.
